Implementation
VoxLock manages the entire implementation process including:
- Training client team and arranging the telephone number for users to call (if necessary)
- Developing the interactive voice response (IVR) script, implementing and testing the application
- Coordinating the development and upload of the user data file
- Providing ongoing support and comprehensive audit reports

Enrollment
- New users call a phone number, enter their account number and are prompted to complete the enrollment process by repeating a phrase (e.g., “1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9”) three times. This process creates a base voiceprint.
- VoxLock stores the base voiceprint in a secure database for future identity verification

Identity Verification
- Users call a phone number, enter their account number and are prompted to repeat a phrase (e.g., “1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9”) once. This process creates a sample voiceprint.
- VoxLock compares the sample voiceprint to the base voiceprint
- If the voiceprints match, the user’s identity is positively verified. If the voiceprints don't match, the user is directed to an alternate business process.
