Michael C. Fleming, Co-founder, has over 20 years of software development experience. He has held various software development and management positions at The New York Stock Exchange, J.P. Morgan, and Kidder, Peabody and Co. Mike was also an independent consultant on various integrated voice response and trading systems projects for UBS PaineWebber, Goldman Sachs, and General Electric.
In 1995, he founded Microvox Technologies, Inc., a successful and profitable software company specializing in the development of integrated voice response technology for employee stock option/purchase plan automation. Microvox Technologies created custom systems for UBS PaineWebber, Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab, State Street Bank and DB Alex.Brown. In 1998, Microvox Technologies, Inc. was acquired by Corporate Management Solutions (now Computer Share). Prior to founding VoxLock, Mike served as Vice President, Software Development at OnlineBenefits, Inc., where he was instrumental in taking the company from a monthly burn rate of $1.6 million to profitability in 18 months.
Mike earned his BS in Computer Science from St. Peter’s College.
